Graduated from University of Economics, Computer Science and Econometrics. For a few years I was seeking my place in various organizations until I found the one where I truly belonged. For over 11 years in State Street I performed various roles, but my main focus was always around process improvement, innovation and efficiency gains. I strongly believe that there are better ways of doing manual, repetitive tasks and that people should focus on things where they can add value. This attitude lets them spend more time doing things they like.

Planning is crucial for balancing work and pleasure. My antidote for a desk-bound days is sport. I am a tennis player, snowboarder and a kite-surfer to be.
