Pawel Ruzikowski has been a dedicated IT professional at Procter & Gamble (P&G) for over 28 years, joining the company as IT Systems Analyst focusing on Supply Chain and ERP systems. His first major project was implementing SAP R/2, which set the stage for a remarkable career.

Throughout his time at P&G, Pawel has held various roles, including IT Manager at the Targowek plant in Poland and Project Manager for significant initiatives such as the Y2K Project and the migration to SAP R/3. He has worked extensively across the CEEMEA region and globally, managing projects like R/3 DRP Implementation and serving as the SAP IBP Platform Leader.

Currently, he is leading the Supply Chain Platform Transformation Upward Compatibility area - implementation of S/4HANA for P&G’s global supply chain. His extensive experience has given him deep insights into supply chain processes, enabling him to drive innovative solutions for P&G.

Aside from his professional achievements, Pawel is passionate about mentoring and developing talent within the organization. He has designed training programs for new hires and is an active trainer for Project Management Competency.

In his personal time, he enjoys traveling, photography, and cycling, embracing new experiences and adventures.
